Biography

Chelsea has a background in office management and customer service, she plays a critical role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and organisational skills make her an invaluable part of our team.

Chelsea has accumulated 15 years of experience in customer service, with most of her career spent at Bunnings. Throughout this time, she has honed invaluable skills in managing customer queries, problem-solving, and ensuring each customer feels heard. Her dedication to providing exceptional service has been the core of her career, driving her to always go above and beyond to create positive customer experiences.

In addition to her customer-facing abilities, Chelsea has developed a strong set of office skills that complement her service expertise. These include excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. She successfully manages administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.   Chelsea is finalising a Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and has a Xero Advisor Certification.

Outside of her professional life, Chelsea is a proud mother of three energetic boys, keeping her life full of excitement and challenges. Balancing both a career and family life has taught her to be highly organised, patient, and adaptable, skills that she seamlessly applies in both her professional and personal life.
